Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific privacy rights, including the right to opt-out of the "sale" of their personal information to third parties.

Our Exemption Status

DownXmonitor does not collect, track, compile, or store your personal information. Consequently, we do not sell, license, or rent personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. There is no personal database or tracking footprint to opt-out from.

Anonymous Outage Reports

When you submit a report on our dashboard regarding a website outage, we compile the report under a completely anonymous, aggregated schema (registering only the report issue type and country code). IP addresses are processed dynamically in-memory for basic verification and then discarded immediately without being saved. No personal identifiers are linked to these entries.
