UPSC might stop working due to a variety of factors. These include central data center server downtime, network routing interruptions, domain name system (DNS) issues, or scheduled server maintenance. You can view the live diagnostics, response latency, and global user report map above to verify if other users are facing the same issues.

If UPSC is failing to load:

1. Force refresh: Press Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to clear cached page structures.
2. Clear cache: Wipe browser cookies and site permissions.

If the mobile app is failing but the website works, try these steps:

1. Verify your cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.
2. Force stop the app and clear its storage/cache in settings.
3. Update the app to the latest version via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
4. Reinstall the app entirely.

We send automated HTTP GET/HEAD request headers to the host every 60 seconds. A site is classified as UP if it resolves via DNS and returns a successful response code under 1.5 seconds. If latency exceeds 1.5 seconds, it is marked as SLOW. If it returns 5xx error codes, times out, or fails TCP handshake, it is marked as DOWN.
